FounderDaniela s a Berlin-based founder building new models for how art is discovered, experienced, and collected. Through Adler & Moriarty and Art of Reason, she focuses on bridging old and new, digital and physical art worlds - creating scalable, accessible formats that support artists while expanding the collector base, while developing new options for the traditional gallery format. With a background spanning strategy, partnerships, and cross-border cultural projects, she works closely with artists, galleries, and technology partners to develop exhibitions, editions, and hybrid experiences. Her approach combines curatorial instinct with commercial clarity, aiming to position artists within both contemporary discourse and sustainable markets.
Richard A.
FounderRichard is a Berlin-based co-founder of Adler & Moriarty, shaping the gallery’s curatorial direction and artist relationships. His work centres on identifying distinctive artistic voices and developing long-term positioning across exhibitions, editions, and institutional pathways. With a strong focus on collaboration and narrative, he works closely with artists to translate their practice into compelling formats for collectors and audiences. Richard brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to building a programme that balances emerging and established talent, while contributing to Adler & Moriarty’s vision of a more open and sustainable art ecosystem. He previously ran a gallery in Ireland and art consultancy in London.
